I had been struggling with gut issues for years. I was told by a GI specialist I had IBS and they recommended a very restrictive diet that actually deprived me of eating healthy foods. Needless to say I was not improving, so I did some searching and found Dr. Paul at restorative health solutions and within a month or two was feeling significantly better (more energy, less gassy and abdominal distention and abdominal pain, able to exercise). I was very diligent with my plan, so there is some self discipline required, but definitely worth it!
